Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Karon Labs ("we", "us") operates the Web Unblocker API at api.karonlabs.net. The service retrieves publicly available web page content on behalf of authenticated API users.

2. Account & API Keys

• API keys are issued per request and must be kept confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your API key.
• We may revoke keys that violate these terms without prior notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the service to:

• Access content you are not legally authorized to view
• Perform denial-of-service attacks against any target
• Scrape personal data in violation of applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, PIPA)
• Circumvent access controls on systems you do not own or have permission to test
• Resell or redistribute the service without written permission

4. Credits & Billing

• Credits are consumed per request: 1 credit for repeat-access requests, 10 credits for full access setup.
• Failed requests are not charged (credits refunded).
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or third-party claims.

6. Service Availability

We target 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be communicated via email when possible.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Suwon, Gyeonggi-do.

2. 계정 및 API 키

• API 키는 요청에 따라 발급되며 기밀로 유지해야 합니다.
• 사용자는 자신의 API 키로 이루어진 모든 활동에 대해 책임을 집니다.
• 당사는 본 약관을 위반하는 키를 사전 통지 없이 해지할 수 있습니다.

3. 허용 범위

다음 행위에 본 서비스를 사용하지 않을 것에 동의합니다:

• 법적으로 열람 권한이 없는 콘텐츠에 접근
• 대상 시스템에 대한 서비스 거부 공격
• 개인정보보호법(GDPR, CCPA, 개인정보보호법)을 위반하는 개인정보 수집
• 소유하지 않았거나 테스트 권한이 없는 시스템의 접근 통제 우회
• 서면 허가 없는 서비스 재판매 또는 재배포

4. 크레딧 및 과금

• 요청당 크레딧 소비: 반복 접근 요청 1크레딧, 최초 접근 설정 10크레딧.
• 실패한 요청은 과금하지 않습니다 (크레딧 환불).
• 크레딧은 환불 및 양도가 불가합니다.

5. 책임 제한

본 서비스는 어떠한 종류의 보증 없이 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 당사는 데이터 손실, 사업 중단, 제3자 청구를 포함하되 이에 국한되지 않는 서비스 사용 또는 사용 불능으로 인한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

6. 서비스 가용성

99% 가동률을 목표로 하지만 중단 없는 서비스를 보장하지 않습니다.

7. 해지

당사는 본 약관 위반 시 언제든지 접근을 중단하거나 해지할 수 있습니다.

8. 변경

본 약관은 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 후 계속 사용 시 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.

9. 준거법

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따르며, 분쟁은 경기도 수원시 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.
